About us
Meet Tom Scheidler, the owner and operator of Pastrami Tom’s! Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Tom has been in the hospitality industry for over 45 years. Pastrami Tom’s is a family-run business, featuring his twins, Sydney and Merrick. After living in North Carolina for 18 years, Tom’s goal is to bring a variety of East Coast deli favorites to the area, offering sandwiches, sides, and desserts. This was possible with the help and collaboration of business partner, Tridib Paul.
